I would like to dedicate this EP album to my biggest musical influence and inspiration of all time a true living legend and her name is Madonna. I remember when I was kid like 8 or 9 years old my Mom bought me two 45 single records for Christmas. One of them was "Some Kind of Lover" by Jody Watley and the other one was "Borderline / Holiday" by Madonna it was my first taste and the start of my own music collection. A few months before Mom and I took a trip to Texas and she took me to a place called the Cowboy Palace I believe it was a bar and I remember a Pool table and Jukebox. I don't why or how it happened but I was singing in front of people performing the song Borderline and I guess Mom got a big kick out of it and took me to different places to sing. We had such a good time on that trip so when she got me those records for Christmas it was a fun family moment between Mother and Son. I have loved Madonna and have been a die-hard fan for pretty much all my life I mean this was even before I discovered Freddie Mercury and the music of Queen in 1992. So when Mother M made her triumphant return with the Confessions II album I could here my creative voices calling me out once again. I took every song that I had recorded over the years by the Material girl and was able to put them all on one Extended Play LP. There was really no focus on era or sound for the album but one thing is for sure the club play dance beat is in full effect which my love for EDM has always been here with me. Madonna is one of the last true pioneers of music and has remained in the game for over 40 years she has inspired generations of artists female and male and particularly with the LGBTQ+ community. If I had not found out about Madonna's music when I was a young gay boy I might not have become the gay man I am today it is because of the courage she gave me to be my authentic self to be the best version of myself to be Out, Loud, Brown and Proud and for that I am truly grateful. Good Going Beautiful Stranger!
