In this special edition single I would like to dedicate it to the greatest female rock band of all time (in my humble opinion) the Go-Go's. As far as I can remember since I was a kid this band has been a part of my musical psyche. The inspiration definitely came from my mother she had the 45 singles of "We Got the Beat" w/ the B-Side "Surfing and Spying" and also we had the "Get Up and Go" 45 single which I cannot remember the B-Side. During that time a cousin of mine gave us her "Vacation" album which I don't remember why but I absolutely fell in Love with that record and the band. I had no idea these woman would play a significant part in my musical journey and admiration. I've always had the utmost respect for the Go-Go's who wrote there own songs played there own instruments and had commercial success. To my knowledge there has not been another female rock band who has had a #1 album in the United States since 1982. For this single I recorded these songs a few years back both have been digitally remastered audio and video which both tracks are available on pervious albums. The 80's Rock / Pop driven high energy of "Vacation" to the in your face Rock Hard spot of "Unforgiven" from the bands later catalog. We pretty much got it covered in this Punk Rock Single inspired by these Punk Rock Chicks who now have influenced generations across the board. How much more can I take before I go crazy? Oh yeah. Crazy, oh yeah!
